Emeka Smith Unleashed
I never thought comedy would be a moneymaking thing for me. I never imagined I could get a car through comedy, I never imagined I could rent an apartment through comedy; I never imagined I could put my younger ones through school using comedy.

The Overly Involved Boss by Folake Oluwole, Corporate Coaching expertAs CEOs or Managers, we often times interpret quiet authority as loss of authority. In the bid to always be in control, we end up being out of control. An overbearing, quick to criticise boss (which is very different from identifying an area of need) will erode the confidence and zeal of team members.

Expectant Moms and their Various Worries by Titilope OyeladeDon't stress yourself over all the "rules" pregnant women now have. If you accidentally eat a snack or food you're not sure is safe, there's no use worrying after the fact. Our mothers had fewer restrictions than we do, and we turned out fine.

Yummy Mummy's Spring 2011 Collection by Amama EkwereOriginally, Yummy Mummy’s focus was to be glam up pretty ‘preggies’, giving a sense of a special ‘yummyness’ during the months when hormones and burgeoning bodily changes served to make one feel a tad bit ugly.

Dressing your Body Type by Adeola AdegboyegaEvery woman has something about her body she'd like to hide, whether it's heavy thighs, a podgy tummy or a too-round bottom. With just a few visual tricks, your problem areas will disappear and your true beauty will surface leaving your virtue intact!

How the Easter Story can help us overcome the politics of fear by Archbishop John Sentamu, Archbishop of YorkWe are living, so I'm told, in frightening times. The last economic crisis has meant that for those who deal in the business of prediction economics, the world has become a scary and uncertain place. But beyond this fear of the (monetary) sky falling in, there are many people operating in the "real" economy and "real life" for whom the fact that the world can be both scary and uncertain isn't news. There are the real and daily tragedies of life that rob us of any sense of security.

The Thisday Arise Fashion Week by Victoria Praise AbrahamsFor the first time in Africa’s history on African soil, 50 great African designers gathered in Lagos, Nigeria’s commercial nerve centre to showcase the best of African designs.

Tribute to Pastor Ituah Ighodalo at 50

“I am committed to your success”, this is his mantra to us. But much more than a slogan, he means and lives it. You can’t come across him and not be changed or affected in one way or the other. He leaves a lasting impression on you. He believes passionately in the ability of each and every person and in their God given destiny to succeed and where there are restrictions on the path of anyone (preventing them from fulfilling their purpose,) he (with the help of God) does everything to ensure the removal of such. He is a likable and charming fellow and despite his own challenges (like he said recently at a workers meeting, even pastors have challenges), he does everything to help solve whatever problem you bring before him. In doing what he does, he is just living by his passionate belief in Acts chapter 10: 38, “everywhere Christ went, he was doing good.” The quote that “Any religion that claims to be concerned about people but does not address the economic conditions of the people is a dry religion” (by Martin Luther) might as well be ascribed to him. We say a very happy birthday to our dear Pastor Ituah. God continue to bless and uphold you. We love you.
